"Then he sees himself in all beings in himself;

through Yoga

has managed to govern itself

and has a welcoming look for everyone"

_Bhagavad Gita

The term syntergy is a neologism that integrates two concepts into a single new term: synthesis and energy. It refers to the analysis of informational organization. The greater the fluidity of interconnectivity between the elements that constitute an informational matrix, the greater the syntergy it possesses. A symbol can serve to transfer our intuitions to suggest new ones while its meaning is undefined. Real symbols are perpetually in the process of creation, but when they receive a definitive meaning, they are transformed into hieroglyphics and finally into an alphabet that is already well known to profound scientists.

In a systematic way, yoga teaches man to seek divinity within himself, step by step, and efficiently. He stops identifying with the external body and approaches the inner self. He proceeds from the body to the nerves, and from the nerves to the senses. From the sensory organs, he penetrates the mind, which controls the emotions. From the mind, he penetrates the intellect, which guides reason. From the intellect, his path leads to the will, and from there to consciousness. The final step is the awareness of one's real self, the Atma.

Before exploring the unknown "Atma," the apprentice must learn to know his body, mind, intellect, and ego, all of which are known. When he fully understands the "known," it unites with the "unknown," like rivers flowing into the ocean. At that moment, he experiences the most sublime state of bliss (ananda).

_B.KS Iyengar

Yoga is the union of the individual self (jivatma) with the universal self (Paramatma).

In the absence of a fully realized master, life teaches us the illusion of attachments and the dangers that arise from partial identifications. Guidance exists by not doubting, because, whether we like it or not, we all share the same being, and this being possesses the "power" and the direction of development. When it is blocked, it reacts. The reactions of "power" to obstructions are experienced as deaths. Mexican shamans call death "la tumbadora" and see it as a counselor and ally. This is not primitive masochism, but the ultimate wisdom. "La tumbadora" continually seeks victims, and what it attacks is what can and must die: attachments, dependencies, and relative identities. When it attacks, the sorcerer receives in this act the most sublime advice; it tells him what he must abandon in order to be reborn. Death as a counselor also reminds her of the fragility of life, the existence of an afterlife, and the flaws in her impeccability. "Power" manifests itself through "la tumbadora," and patterns and lessons far removed from chance and coincidence are discerned in her actions.

What must die is that which is destined for death. What endures is that which lies beyond death, that which the "tumbler" cannot bring down, because it finds no permanent foothold or destination in it. Therefore, the "man of knowledge" finds in impeccability the sufficient and powerful weapon to resist its onslaught.

"...But to penetrate the universe of thought, where everything is the same, you must abandon your ego and forget all your problems. You cannot reach this level if you are attached to physical and worldly things. For then, you are bound to the division between good and evil, that which is included in the seven days of creation. How then can you approach a state beyond time, in which absolute unity reigns? Moreover, if you consider yourself as "something" and demand that your own needs be met, then God cannot clothe Himself in you. God is infinite and no vessel can contain Him in any way, except when a person makes himself as nothing."

_The Maggid of Mezricher
